Bobby Lindsay joined the firm in 2023 and practices labor and employment law on behalf of unions and employees. He graduated from Saint Louis University in 2019 and cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2023 with a degree concentration in labor and employment law. During law school, he served as President of the Student Employment and Labor Law Association, worked as a certified student attorney in the law school’s Employment Law Clinic representing low-wage workers, and co-wrote an article published in Workday Magazine.

Bobby’s prior work experience includes serving in the AmeriCorps program as an Illinois JusticeCorps Fellow and interning at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services (Chicago), where he advocated for low-income individuals facing eviction and housing conditions issues. He also worked as a Law and Policy Intern at Poverty & Race Research Action Council in Washington, DC.

Bobby is a committed supporter of organized labor and worker’s rights and is excited to begin his legal career contributing to a strong labor movement. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance and is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.
