Leo Ray joined the firm in 2025 and practices labor and employment law on behalf of unions and employees. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 2020 and from Cornell Law School in 2025. During law school, he served as Vice President of the Public Interest Law Union and as an Articles Editor for Cornell Law Review. Leo also performed supervised legal work in connection with Cornell’s Labor Law Clinic, Farmworkers’ Legal Assistance Clinic, and Movement Lawyering Clinic. During the summer of 2024, Leo interned with the National Labor Relations Board in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Leo is an enthusiastic supporter of the labor movement and is excited for the opportunity to uphold workers’ rights and union power as an attorney. He is a member of the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance and is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
